Young Nails is not your average nail polish and nail care company. Run by two brothers and made for nail care professionals, Young Nails is all about taking your nails to the next level. After early growth, they had plateaued as they tapped out their B2B audience.

The task: Create a creative platform to tell the story of Young Nails and position them as experts in the consumer nail space, helping them to transition into including DTC in their business model.

The solution: The [YN] Factor, a series of short, comedic, and hyperbolized bite-sized videos, that show how much better Young Nails are compared to your regular nails. These videos increased their Black Friday sales 3x over the previous year, running organically and as ads on Facebook, Youtube, and Instagram. Ads were created for both square formats, 16:9, and 1x1, and therefore had to be concepted and shot in a way that would translate across platforms and size ratios.
