Midol is an over 100 year old company focused on making over the counter pharmeceutical treatments for PMS and menstrual symptoms like cramping, headache, and fatigue.

The Task:
Evolve Midol’s social media presence with organic content. Gather insights to inform larger paid campaigns, activations, and more.

The Insight:
There is distinct pain in going through something so common yet trying to hide it from everyone.

Even in 2024, it’s still taboo to talk about periods, which means a lot of people don’t know or think to treat their menstrual pain. Discomfort becomes normalized and accepted amongst menstruators.

The Opportunity:
Develop Midol’s social media platforms into a safe space for those who menstruate and everyone who cares for them. Create relatable, educational, and comforting content that sparks discussion around periods and period pain.
