Hi! My name is Mary Wagner.


I’m a strategy-minded creative and a creative-minded strategist that’s full of ideas and immensely tuned in to culture. Some might call it “being extremely online”, but I think of social media as a big creative playground. I’m just trying to go all the way around on the metaphorical swing.

When it comes to advertising disciplines, I love all my children (art direction, copywriting, and strategy) equally. I’ve always been naturally curious and love using my background in psychology to flex my strategic muscles.

Off the clock, you’ll find me at Broadway shows, taking pictures of food on the sidewalk, crafting up new cocktail recipes, diving into a niche Wikipedia article, or bothering my cats Pita and Pocket.

Beliefs:

- You can buy and go through an advent calendar any time of year.

- Waffles are a time agnostic food.

- The AC on the subway should be left on all year round.

- Being good at karaoke is a state of mind, not a skill level.

- You are not always the target audience for everything that you see.
